This work shirt is crafted from indigo-dyed rain-kasuri flannel check fabric. It features a 2/1 twill weave, typical of flannel, and a classic dark blue and light blue color scheme, but with a samurai twist. Woven with three colors of indigo, light blue, and off-white yarns, the threads are strategically placed to create the appearance of falling rain. This dobby-loomed flannel weave, combined with sashiko stitching, is thick, but not woven with high tension, making it soft and unbrushed for long-lasting wear. The shirt's design incorporates workwear elements, creating a streamlined silhouette. Navy lining accents are used in key areas. The buttons are custom-made indigo-dyed nut buttons with a Samurai logo, and the stitching is primarily triple-stitched for durability.
